Sales Training Representative – Surgery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Cultivate the expertise necessary to facilitate training that promotes business expansion through a hybrid learning approach, encompassing both in-person and virtual experiences.

• Interact with clients at Professional Education events, deepening their comprehension of our four Surgery platforms: Wound Closure, Endo-mechanical, Energy, and Biosurgery.

• Work in close partnership with the Field Sales Organization, aiding in account transitions and fostering customer engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited University/College must be obtained by June 2027.

• An overall cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is necessary.

• The ability to commence full-time employment by January 2027 or June 2027 is essential.

• A major in Sales, Life Science, or Business is preferred.

• Participation in a school-sponsored selling skills program is preferred.

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred, showcasing a proven ability to surpass company targets and objectives.

• A strong history of academic and other achievements is preferred.

• Evidence of leadership and/or involvement in campus organizations, community service, and/or sports activities is preferred.

• Relocation to the designated home office in Raritan, New Jersey, or Cincinnati, Ohio, is required before the start of the STR Program.

• STRs will be assigned to a specific company sales area and must relocate to that pre-determined sales area after completing the STR Program.

• The capability and willingness to travel within the United States for extended periods is required.

• A valid driver's license issued in the United States is necessary.

• The willingness and ability to relocate anywhere within the United States is required.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future is mandatory.
