Sales Training Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Cultivate the necessary skills to enhance training initiatives that promote business growth through a combination of in-person and virtual learning experiences.

• Lead training sessions, offer expertise to newcomers, and serve as product specialists and ambassadors for the field.

• Interact with customers during Professional Education events both on campus and in the field.

• Take part in continuous customer engagement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited University/College must be obtained by June 2027.

• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is necessary.

• Availability to commence full-time employment by January 2027 or June 2027 is essential.

• A major in Sales, Life Sciences, or Business is preferred.

• Completion of a school-sponsored selling skills program is desirable.

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous, with a proven record of surpassing company targets.

• A strong history of academic and extracurricular achievements is favored.

• Evidence of leadership or involvement in campus organizations, community service, or athletic activities is preferred.

• By the commencement of the STR Program, relocation to the designated home office in West Chester, Pennsylvania (Trauma, Foot & Ankle, or CMFT) or Raynham, Massachusetts (Sports Medicine) is required.

• STR will be assigned to a specific company sales territory, necessitating relocation to that predetermined area after the STR Program's conclusion.

• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the United States for extended periods is required.

• A valid U.S. driver's license is mandatory.

• Readiness and capability to relocate within the United States is needed.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for future employment visa sponsorship is required.
