This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Design and implement training programs, ensuring effective delivery within the designated area.
• Regularly evaluate the training and educational needs across all relevant channels and regions within the specific therapy area.
• Develop and prepare training materials, curricula, and modules; share subject-matter expertise and take content responsibility for the DACH region.
• Offer expert guidance and assistance to key account managers, presenters, key opinion leaders, and staff regarding products, applications, and best practices.
• Create training content for regional trainers as part of a "train-the-trainer" initiative.
• Collaborate actively across various departments, regions, and therapy areas, while also participating in conferences, trade shows, and congresses.
• Organize and execute in-person, hybrid, and digital training formats, including webinars and virtual sessions.
• Completed a medical or nursing qualification (e.g., general nursing, geriatric nursing, urotherapy, or a comparable credential).
• Ideally possesses professional experience in continence care, nursing, homecare, long-term care, or medical technology.
• Experience in adult education, training, or knowledge transfer is advantageous.
• Initial professional experience in field sales, customer consulting, or healthcare—preferably in continence care, medical technology, or nursing.
• Strong determination, assertiveness, excellent self-organization, self-motivation, and a high degree of adaptability.
• Class B driving license and readiness to travel.
• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.
