• Create and implement onboarding programs for BDRs, AMs, AEs, and other necessary roles, developing training materials from scratch when no prior content is available.
• Guide current representatives through call evaluations, email reviews, and performance metrics, formulating personalized plans for those requiring additional assistance.
• Establish and sustain a BDR skills progression framework that includes clear milestones, competency benchmarks, and criteria for promotions.
• Oversee training materials within the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain performance tracking systems utilizing Airtable and HubSpot.
• Quickly revise training and coaching resources as new processes are introduced, campaign strategies evolve, or business requirements change.
• Create sales performance scorecards, assess training return on investment, and present data-driven suggestions to leadership.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of practical experience in business development, sales development, or outbound sales, including cold calling and emailing.
• Demonstrated capability to create training content from the ground up, rather than merely delivering existing programs.
• Experience utilizing an LMS platform to develop, manage, and modify training curricula.
• Proficiency in Airtable for tracking, reporting, and documenting processes.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM for tracking representative activities and providing pipeline context.
• Strong coaching abilities with the skill to provide specific, actionable, and behavioral feedback.
• Highly process-oriented with a proven track record of documenting and systematizing workflows.
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment where responsibilities frequently change and training programs are not static.
• Capable of swiftly adapting to new processes, ensuring training and coaching materials are updated promptly.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-focused in a remote work setting.
