This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Facilitate training for newly promoted leaders during their initial 90 days.
• Assist with onboarding, emphasizing duplication, team building, and early momentum.
• Reinforce essential behaviors: sponsoring, onboarding, activation, and recognition.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers to ensure alignment on leadership development priorities.
• Monitor progress and identify leaders at risk early to provide necessary intervention.
• Provide ongoing training focused on positioning and selling products effectively.
• Educate consultants on how to present products to customers.
• Develop straightforward, repeatable selling systems that can be replicated across teams.
• Recognize and identify best practices from top-performing new leaders.
• Create simple, actionable training tools, scripts, and frameworks.
• Work alongside the Head of Sales to ensure alignment in messaging.
• Adjust training based on feedback from the field and performance trends.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong experience in direct sales or field leadership.
• In-depth understanding of selling behaviors and customer engagement strategies.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and motivational abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset concentrating on income-generating activities.
• Willingness to travel to Corporate Events, including the National Convention.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
