This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Systematic preparation for your future role as an Account Manager in Health Systems.
• Gain experience in selling intricate medical technology solutions.
• Collaborate closely with seasoned sales professionals.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of customers, products, and sales procedures within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarize yourself with the complete sales ecosystem in Health Systems, including customer management, quotation processes, and contract design.
• Offer operational sales support and work in tandem with experienced Account Managers.
• Assume responsibility early on and manage customer and sales tasks independently.
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of sales and account strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Service, Clinical Specialists, and Finance.
• Engage in training sessions, coaching, and practical learning formats to enhance your sales and communication abilities.
• Develop and maintain key account plans.
• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience (technical or business-related).
• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to listen actively and draw insightful conclusions.
• A team player with resilience and a professional attitude towards both successes and setbacks.
• Analytical and methodical working style.
• Proactive mentality, initiative, and a readiness to take on responsibilities.
• Proficient in German and English (fluent).
• Willingness to travel as part of sales activities.
• Initial experience in a clinical setting and/or sales is a plus.
• Career changers are encouraged to apply (e.g., MTRA background — medical radiology technologist, Abitur/A-levels, and/or university studies).
• Permanent employment contract from the outset.
