This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Systematic preparation for your permanent target role as an Account Manager*in in the Health Systems sector
• Gain insights into the sales of complex medical technology solutions
• Work closely with experienced sales colleagues
• Build a solid understanding of customers, products, and sales processes in the healthcare sector
• Familiarize yourself with the entire sales ecosystem in the Health Systems area (e.g., customer management, proposal processes, contract design)
• Provide support in operational sales and collaborate closely with seasoned Account Managers
• Early assumption of responsibility and independent handling of customer and sales tasks
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and account strategies
• Collaborate closely with internal interfaces such as marketing, service, clinical specialists, and finance
• Participate in training, coaching, and hands-on learning formats to specifically develop your sales and communication skills
• Create and maintain (key) account plans
• Master's degree or bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant professional experience (technical and business context)
• Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to actively listen and derive connections
• Team-oriented, resilient, and a professional approach to successes and setbacks
• Analytical and structured working style
• Hands-on mentality, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility
• Very good German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel as part of sales activities
• Initial experience in a clinical environment and/or in sales is advantageous
• Career changers are welcome, especially those with a background as MTRA, high school diploma, and/or degree
• Permanent employment contract from the start
