This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Familiarize yourself with the complete sales ecosystem within Health Systems, including customer management, proposal processes, and contract drafting.
• Provide sales operational support while collaborating closely with seasoned Account Managers.
• Assume responsibility early on and independently manage customer and sales-related tasks.
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of sales and account strategies.
• Collaborate with internal partners, including Marketing, Service, Clinical Specialists, and Finance.
• Engage in training sessions, coaching, and practical learning formats to enhance your sales and communication skills.
• Develop and maintain (key) account plans.
• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree accompanied by at least 1 year of relevant professional experience, preferably in a technical or business-related field.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and establishing connections.
• A team-oriented individual with resilience and a professional attitude towards both achievements and challenges.
• An analytical and organized approach to work.
• A proactive mindset, with initiative and a readiness to take on responsibilities.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel for sales-related activities.
• Advantageous: prior experience in a clinical setting and/or in sales.
• Career changers are encouraged to apply, especially those with backgrounds such as radiologic technologists (MTRA), a high school diploma (Abitur), and/or a university degree.
