Sales Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Interact with potential customers through both inbound and outbound sales dialogues.

• Transform warm leads into clients by utilizing a proven consultative sales approach.

• Provide customers with insurance quotes and recommendations for coverage.

• Engage in continuous training, coaching, and professional development activities.

• Operate from home in a dynamic call center environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a four-year college, two-year community college, or a technical program.

• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.

• Capability to acquire a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection (Ethernet).
