This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Identify, approach, and secure new clients throughout the city.
• Regularly engage in meetings, outreach, and relationship-building activities in the field.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to successful closing.
• Cultivate robust, long-term client relationships.
• Utilize CRM systems to monitor pipeline, activities, and opportunities.
• Serve as Assembly’s local representative by comprehending the market and identifying opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide optimal solutions to clients.
• Act as Assembly’s “eyes and ears” on the ground, collecting competitive intelligence and recognizing industry trends to guide product and pricing strategies.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or client-facing positions (experience in fashion, cosmetics, or similar fields is advantageous).
• Self-sufficient, energetic, motivated, and comfortable working in the field.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Excellent communication skills and confident in face-to-face interactions.
• Enthusiastic about learning and progressing in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred).
• Knowledge of brand development and premium positioning.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and a genuine passion for fashion and design.
• Curious, hands-on, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in both Danish and English.
• Residing in Copenhagen.
• Driver’s license is mandatory.
