Sales Territory Manager – Southcentral East

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Promote CPM aftermarket products and services to clients in the animal feed, waste & biomass, and industrial sectors.

• Formulate and implement a strategy to drive additional business within your assigned sales territory.

• Regularly travel across the territory to establish and nurture relationships with current and potential customers, fostering leads and pursuing opportunities.

• Prepare and present technical demonstrations that articulate the features and benefits of products or services to both customers and prospects.

• Identify issues with installed equipment and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to evaluate requirements and suggest effective solutions.

• Offer technical assistance and services to clients and other staff regarding the operation, use, and maintenance of equipment.

• Keep current on our service offerings, products, industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively meet client needs.

• Achieve personal and team sales objectives.

• Participate in online and in-person meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and sales events.

• Record activities and maintain customer information in the CRM system as per management guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A two or four-year degree in a business or technical field is preferred.

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience, with knowledge of animal feed manufacturing considered an advantage.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, tailored to the audience's requirements.

• Experience in using logic and reasoning to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of various solutions, conclusions, or problem-solving approaches.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
