This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue objectives and market share targets within the designated territory.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships with current clients while seeking out and pursuing new business prospects.
• Conduct market analysis to uncover trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify potential growth opportunities.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and effectively convey features and advantages to customers.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market analysis to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure synergy in product offerings and promotional initiatives.
• Educate and assist distributors and retail partners to enhance product understanding and sales effectiveness.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry gatherings, and client meetings to promote our brand and products.
• Must possess a valid passport.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the sports equipment sector or a similar industry.
• Demonstrated history of meeting sales targets and driving revenue expansion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
