This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Lead the expansion of Enovis in the Dutch market by overseeing strategic accounts and executing effective commercial strategies.
• Recognize and leverage growth opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key influencers such as orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and specialized networks.
• Sustain long-term partnerships with strategic clients and negotiate high-value contracts.
• Contribute to sales planning, engage in strategic discussions, and assist with marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a high level of technical and clinical expertise in medical devices; offer training and support to major customers.
• Act as the brand representative at conferences, professional gatherings, and among influential opinion leaders.
• Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in medical device sales and/or orthopedic solutions, preferably in hospital or specialized settings.
• Strong grasp of the medical sector and its decision-making frameworks.
• Exceptional skills in negotiation, strategic account management, and business development.
• Capable of leadership, autonomy, and influencing high-level decisions.
• Background in physiotherapy, sports science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential.
