This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Sales Representatives managing warm inbound leads.
• Ensure timely contact, follow-up, and management of leads to prevent them from going cold.
• Track daily and weekly performance metrics related to sales, revenue, conversion, and activity targets.
• Assess call quality, CRM documentation, follow-up consistency, and sales pipeline management.
• Provide ongoing coaching, constructive feedback, role-playing exercises, and performance guidance to enhance representative effectiveness.
• Assist with the onboarding, nesting, and ramp-up processes for new Sales Representatives.
• Help refine hiring standards by identifying essential sales behaviors, communication skills, and customer engagement styles for success.
• Collaborate with training, quality assurance, client success, and sales leadership teams to enhance performance and consistency.
• Detect performance gaps early and support the development of action plans, coaching strategies, or performance improvement initiatives as necessary.
• Prepare and present performance updates, insights, and suggested actions during regular business reviews.
• Reinforce the company's mission, customer experience standards, and consultative sales methodology throughout the team.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, telesales, outbound telemarketing, consultative selling, or phone-based customer conversion.
• Prior experience in roles such as Team Lead, Sales Supervisor, Sales Coach, Senior Sales Representative, or a similar leadership position.
• Experience supporting sales teams in the UK or US markets is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales KPIs, including conversion rate, sales volume, billing revenue, booking revenue, and pipeline activity.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong coaching abilities, including the capability to provide clear feedback and enhance representative performance.
• Comfortable evaluating calls, CRM records, follow-up activities, and sales reports.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Confident working with targets, dashboards, and performance evaluations.
• Capable of working independently while effectively coordinating with cross-functional support teams.
• Adaptable, proactive, and willing to adjust as the team grows and business requirements evolve.
