Sales Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Secure new business opportunities with home care and disability service providers

• Create a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and incoming demand

• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations with provider owners and operational leaders

• Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial conversation to closing

• Uphold meticulous pipeline management and forecasting using HubSpot

• Set a positive example through consistent activity and execution

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales

• Proven success in closing a high volume of SaaS deals

• Background in mentoring or leading sales teams

• Strong expertise in HubSpot and contemporary SaaS tools

• Experience in selling to home care, disability care, or related sectors is preferred
