• Develop and implement a client acquisition strategy that aligns with product offerings, supply capabilities, and the growth ambitions of the company.
• Create and oversee a reliable acquisition system (channels, Ideal Customer Profiles, pipeline quality, conversion rates).
• Lead and nurture the Sales Acquisition team through hiring, coaching, performance management, and deal support.
• Guarantee the consistent achievement of team objectives (volume, quality, revenue impact).
• Personally engage in high-stakes negotiations and strategic agreements with significant advertisers and partners.
• Utilize and expand personal networks to discover new business opportunities.
• Ensure that acquired demand is of high quality (fit, scalability, lifetime value potential), not just focused on volume.
• Track and enhance pipeline performance and conversion across various stages.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors; adjust acquisition strategies as necessary.
• Contribute to the development of new products/formats by providing market insights and demand signals.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with key clients, affiliates, and partners.
• Deliver clear visibility and insights regarding performance to management (pipeline, results, risks).
• Over 3 years of experience in client acquisition within affiliate marketing (e.g., Nutra, Gambling, Dating, etc.).
• Comprehensive understanding of the arbitrage ecosystem from start to finish: traffic sources, affiliate and ad networks, sales funnels, trackers, and monetization strategies.
• Experience in global markets across Tier 1–3 GEOs, with active engagement in industry conferences (strong networking and deal sourcing capabilities).
• At least 1 year of experience in team leadership or mentoring.
• Demonstrated ability to build a quality pipeline and successfully close high-value deals.
• Familiarity with lead generation channels (e.g., Telegram, LinkedIn, spy tools, AdPlexity).
• Extensive knowledge of ad formats (native, push, pop, display) and fundamental campaign optimization principles.
• Strong negotiation abilities, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a sense of ownership.
• A well-established personal network of advertisers and affiliates.
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian.
• Required participation in industry-related offline events and conferences across the globe.
