This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively assist with servicing and account management for clients, partners, brokers, and consultants.
• Aid in administrative sales tasks related to qualifying and quoting prospects, onboarding new clients, modifying existing client accounts, processing renewals, and managing open enrollment.
• Develop and nurture internal relationships with account managers, sales teams, and business partners.
• Contribute to client development strategies and assigned key projects.
• Align client needs with business partners to facilitate plan design and fulfill client expectations.
• Assist in the implementation of new clients and handle intake requests within designated timeframes.
• Verify, document, and coordinate client administrative needs following approved processes and guidelines.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of both existing and new products and services.
• Utilize the sales automation system to keep client and prospect records and data up to date.
• Identify issues, propose approved alternatives, and escalate matters for customized solutions.
• Collaborate with various departments and account teams to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare materials and deliver open enrollment presentations for sales teams, clients, and client members.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client, broker, and prospect records across all systems.
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or client service.
• Capacity to quickly assimilate knowledge of the company’s products, service offerings, and internal systems.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous account implementations and business challenges.
• Understanding of business goals and the surrounding business landscape.
• Capability to function effectively within an agile environment and adapt swiftly to changes.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle a significant volume of information and requests.
• Proficient in MS Office, word processing, and spreadsheet applications, including file creation, formula writing, column combining, and data/file merging.
• For remote positions, high engagement in virtual settings, including maintaining camera presence during meetings.
