Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Daily monitor public online tender databases to identify tenders that are pertinent to TBS products and its competitors.

• Update and maintain the internal tender database regularly.

• Gather required documents in response to invitations to tender.

• Collaborate proactively with Legal, TSG, CS, RA, and sales teams to prepare necessary information and documentation for tender specifications.

• Complete tender documentation and ensure submission of final documents by deadlines.

• Manage the flow of business contract documents and guarantee timely signing of contracts.

• Ensure all relevant PDX departments comprehend contractual obligations, including pricing, delivery terms, technical support, and KPIs.

• Oversee and report on KPIs.

• Execute annual pricing indexation terms.

• Keep track of contract expirations and organize MHBS meetings two years prior to expiration.

• Maintain up-to-date company registration data in state-authority databases.

• Regularly review the data box and disseminate contract- and tender-related documents.

• Ensure the flow of relevant information and documents within PDX/TFS.

• Assist sales processes alongside the Sales Manager.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced Degree with no prior experience necessary, or a Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in contract administration, drafting, and negotiation.

• Preferred fields of study include Business, Law, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in reviewing and analyzing commercial agreements and legal documents.

• Strong grasp of contract law principles and risk management strategies.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.

• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and enterprise software, including SAP and Salesforce.

• Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time management skills.

• Capability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of government contracting and FAR compliance is preferred.

• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or technology sectors is a plus.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and business units.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating sound judgment.
