Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Provide direct support as the primary contact for any customer inquiries.

• Manage quotes and customer requests through both phone and email communications.

• Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks and daily operational activities.

• Prepare compliant and comprehensive tender documents.

• Offer support to the Italian Manager regarding operations and tender documentation.

• Regularly explore tender portals and procurement websites to uncover relevant business opportunities.

• Contribute to ongoing improvements and optimization of processes.

• Prior experience in customer service and tender processing is highly valued.

• Native-level proficiency in Italian and fluent written and spoken English are essential; additional language skills will be considered a plus.
