Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients via email, phone, and the support portal.

• Deliver accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using suitable methods and tools.

• Identify and evaluate clients' needs, efficiently resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate internal teams.

• Keep thorough records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Work in conjunction with consultants and project managers on client communication and problem resolution.

• Aid in the continuous enhancement of support processes and assist in developing the knowledge base.

• Collect and synthesize client feedback for internal service improvements.

• Demonstrated experience in a customer support or client services role, ideally within a professional services or B2B context.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, characterized by a professional, articulate, and friendly manner.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think critically and remain composed under pressure.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and various customer service software.
