This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Serve as the main point of contact for designated Sales Representatives and Regional Managers
• Act as the primary sales liaison for the Alternate Site customer segment
• Support the sales process from the initial inquiry through to closing the deal
• Foster and enhance relationships with the current customer base in partnership with the Sales team
• Handle inbound inquiries by providing potential clients with product details, marketing resources, and samples
• Collaborate directly with authorized Distributor’s Inside Sales Departments to deliver product solutions and pricing estimates
• Create new sales opportunities through phone and email communications
• Offer technical support while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of product offerings and competitor activities
• Communicate directly with distributors, distributor representatives, and end users to optimize sales effectiveness
• Oversee inquiries on the ICU Website related to sales opportunities
• Assist Sales Representatives with territory management, including generating sales reports and investigating discrepancies
• Coordinate the collection and distribution of sales forecasts, pipeline data, and wins/losses for the IKAP database
• Generate and submit necessary sales documentation for Sales Representatives, including Quotes, Relationship Forms, and GPO lookups
• Provide weekly reports on high-priority or high-visibility items
• Manage the vendor credentialing process with various credentialing firms
• Support and undertake special projects for corporate accounts and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)
• Act as a liaison for both internal and external sales communications
• Engage in special projects as assigned
• High School diploma is required; a college degree is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the medical device sector
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• High attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
