Sales Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver sales support through training, on-site assistance for customers, order and supply help, and coordination among Baxter teams.

• Assist with customer participation in tradeshows and Pump Fairs.

• Address customer training requirements.

• Aid in business presentations, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and updates for customers and Baxter.

• Support marketing initiatives and cross-functional field sales efforts for Infusion Therapies and Technologies.

• Cultivate connections among Baxter teams to enhance business outcomes.

• Convey customer insights and feedback to the team and cross-functional partners to shape priorities and fulfill customer needs.

• Develop relationships and build trust with clinicians and customer stakeholders.

• Act as a representative for Baxter’s Infusion Therapy products and services to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in a field sales or field sales support role within the medical device industry, which can substitute for the preferred bachelor's degree.

• A solid understanding of common software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Tableau, and Salesforce CRM is preferred.

• Excellent presentation skills are a must.

• Demonstrated success in working within large, complex teams.

• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; Baxter cannot sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment visa.
