This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with insurance producers and General Agent partners to create precise insurance quotes, plan comparisons, and client-ready proposals.
β’ Assist in the preparation and delivery of proposal materials that align with carrier guidelines and meet client needs.
β’ Support pre-sale and renewal activities by coordinating the collection of data and submission timelines.
β’ Monitor and manage agency and producer licensing across various states.
β’ Coordinate the application processes for licensing, renewals, and continuing education requirements.
β’ Aid producers in preparing for and scheduling licensing exams.
β’ Ensure producers have appropriate access to systems and carriers, including carrier portals, quoting tools, and internal systems.
β’ Maintain records of licensing and access, ensuring ongoing compliance with state and carrier regulations.
β’ Build and sustain relationships with insurance carriers and partners.
β’ Oversee carrier appointment processes, including submissions, follow-ups, and approvals.
β’ Coordinate requirements for carrier onboarding, such as contracting, portal access, and documentation.
β’ Act as a point of contact for operational inquiries related to carriers.
β’ Track and maintain structures for carrier commissions and payment schedules.
β’ Develop and manage reporting and projections for commissions.
β’ Reconcile commission payments and address discrepancies with carriers.
β’ Provide internal stakeholders with insights and reports related to commissions.
β’ Design, document, and implement scalable workflows for licensing, quoting support, carrier management, and commissions.
β’ Establish standard operating procedures and ensure compliance across the agency.
β’ Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and risks, implementing solutions to enhance accuracy and scalability.
β’ Operate independently to create structure, foster accountability, and achieve consistent outcomes.
β’ 3β6+ years of experience in insurance operations, brokerage support, or agency administration is preferred.
β’ Experience in managing licensing and compliance across multiple states.
β’ Familiarity with commission structures, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
β’ Experience in onboarding users to carrier portals, quoting tools, and internal systems.
β’ Proficiency in CRM systems and Excel; advanced Excel skills are preferred.
β’ Strong understanding of insurance products, quoting processes, and carrier frameworks.
β’ Proven ability to build and implement processes in a startup or dynamic environment.
β’ Capability to manage multiple workflows precisely and with accountability.
β’ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
β’ Strong communication skills, allowing for clear and professional interactions with internal teams, partners, and carriers.
β’ Analytical skills to interpret commission data and identify discrepancies.
β’ Preferred experience with Zywave and Sircon systems.
β’ Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
β’ Capacity to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
β’ Must be able to participate in or facilitate video conferences and virtual meetings.
