This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Collaborate with insurance producers and General Agent partners to create precise insurance quotes, plan comparisons, and client-ready proposals.
β’ Aid in the preparation and delivery of proposal materials that are in line with carrier guidelines and meet client requirements.
β’ Assist in the pre-sale and renewal processes by managing data collection and submission timelines.
β’ Oversee and monitor agency and producer licensing across various states.
β’ Coordinate licensing applications, renewals, and the requirements for continuing education.
β’ Assist producers in preparing for and scheduling licensing exams.
β’ Ensure producers have the necessary system and carrier access, including carrier portals, quoting tools, and internal systems.
β’ Keep accurate records of licensing and access, ensuring ongoing compliance with state and carrier requirements.
β’ Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers and partners.
β’ Manage the carrier appointment processes, including submissions, follow-ups, and approvals.
β’ Coordinate the requirements for carrier onboarding, contracting, portal access, and necessary documentation.
β’ Act as a point of contact for operational inquiries related to carriers.
β’ Track and maintain the structures of carrier commissions and their payment schedules.
β’ Develop and manage projections and reporting related to commissions.
β’ Reconcile commission payments and address discrepancies with carriers.
β’ Provide internal stakeholders with insights and reporting related to commissions.
β’ Design, document, and implement scalable workflows in areas such as licensing, quoting support, carrier management, and commissions.
β’ Establish standard operating procedures and ensure adherence within the agency.
β’ Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and implement solutions to enhance accuracy and scalability.
β’ Operate independently to create structure, enforce accountability, and achieve consistent outcomes.
β’ 3β6+ years of experience in insurance operations, brokerage support, or agency administration is preferred.
β’ Experience in managing licensing and compliance across multiple states.
β’ Familiarity with commission structures, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
β’ Experience in onboarding users to carrier portals, quoting tools, and internal systems.
β’ Proficient in CRM systems and Excel; advanced Excel skills are preferred.
β’ Strong understanding of insurance products, quoting processes, and carrier structures.
β’ Proven ability to build and implement processes in a startup or evolving environment.
β’ Capability to manage multiple workflows with precision and accountability.
β’ Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and achieve results with minimal supervision.
β’ Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with internal teams, partners, and carriers.
β’ Analytical skills to interpret commission data and identify discrepancies.
β’ Preferred familiarity with Zywave and Sircon systems.
β’ Ability to participate in or facilitate video conferences and virtual meetings.
β’ Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
