This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee backend project management operations while collaborating with Sales Executives, Account Managers, suppliers, and clients to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Take on a pivotal leadership role in mentoring and developing team members, enhancing workflows, and ensuring cohesive support across sales and project management functions.
• Develop and conduct training sessions or assist the Manager of Creative Project Management with training initiatives.
• Perform a comprehensive review and approval of the work conducted by CPMC and CPMSC during training to ensure precision and quality.
• Design and refine training materials for new processes, updates, and workflow modifications to guarantee full alignment and preparedness within the team.
• Hold one-on-one meetings with each CPMC and CPMSC to coach, inspire, and enhance their performance.
• Organize recognition and virtual events, adhering to Kotis’ guidelines, for CPMC and CPMSCs that promote team unity and camaraderie, planning team gatherings to celebrate achievements and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain a productive data system to monitor and assess the quality and completion of assistants' work.
• Delegate low-lead and non-program clients to CPMCs to ensure timely support for all incoming clients and facilitate a smooth ordering process.
• Manage task assignments from AEs and CPMs during periods of limited support, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and within set deadlines.
• Supervise team coverage and scheduling, including approval of PTO, to ensure uninterrupted support for the Creative Project Manager, stepping in to cover coordinator roles during absences.
• Conduct structured performance evaluations at the 3-month, 5-month, and annual milestones, offering clear feedback to promote growth and accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a team leadership role within the BPO industry.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Availability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
• Direct experience in the promotional industry or related e-commerce experience is advantageous.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to adapt to and engage with diverse personalities.
• Comfort with social media marketing.
• Familiarity with various promotional industry-specific software (e.g., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore).
