This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for the Sales Director, management team, and executive leadership.
• Create pipeline analyses, forecasting reports, and sales performance dashboards.
• Assist in board reporting, leadership presentations, and commercial review documentation.
• Monitor key sales KPIs, performance metrics, and business trends.
• Analyze sales activities and offer insights into pipeline movement, conversion rates, and forecasting precision.
• Aggregate information from sales teams to deliver accurate management data.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests from senior leadership.
• Assist in the sales forecasting processes and reporting cycles.
• Oversee forecast submissions and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines.
• Prepare reports that highlight opportunities, risks, and trends within the sales pipeline.
• Aid leadership in maintaining visibility of sales performance against set targets and objectives.
• Contribute to commercial planning activities and sales reviews.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies within CRM data and collaborate with sellers to resolve these issues.
• Support the reporting and tracking of partner-sourced versus direct opportunities.
• Assist with partner performance tracking and visibility of the pipeline.
• Help maintain partner reporting packs and collaborative pipeline views.
• Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes, reporting efficiency, and data integrity.
• Assist in standardizing and optimizing sales workflows and reporting frameworks.
• Aid in the preparation of sales presentations, customer proposals, and internal business documents.
• Support contract administration and the preparation of commercial documentation as needed.
• Coordinate internal approvals and document workflows.
• Maintain sales templates, reporting formats, and standard documentation.
• Support the onboarding of new sales team members from an administrative standpoint.
• Assist with research related to customers and partners as required.
• Aid leadership with ad-hoc business reporting and administrative tasks.
• Assist in gathering data for strategic planning and business reviews.
• Coordinate information requests across sales, finance, operations, and customer success teams.
• Help promote consistency in reporting and commercial governance processes.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales leadership team.
• Prior experience in sales support, commercial operations, business support, reporting analysis, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong background in generating management reports and working with business data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to present information clearly and accurately.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Experience in technology, cybersecurity, managed services, or professional services industries is a plus.
