Sales Support – Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of speed-to-lead and manage outbound follow-ups for all incoming leads and estimate requests.

• Create estimate packets, proposals, job notes, and maintain updates on the pipeline.

• Schedule appointments, conduct site visits, send estimate reminders, and dispatch proposals.

• Re-engage dormant leads and pursue unsigned proposals.

• Ensure CRM and job-management systems are accurate and up-to-date.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, service coordination, dispatch, estimating support, or contractor office assistance.

• Experience with 50+ lead follow-ups per week or handling over 20 proposals/quotes monthly.

• At least 2 years of experience using ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Buildertrend, HubSpot, or similar software.

• Proven support for $100k+ per month in pipeline activity related to quoting and bidding.

• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be willing to complete a Training Assessment as part of the recruitment process.
