This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist customers and distributors throughout the order process, delivery, and after-sales service.
• Generate and assess leads, prepare pricing proposals, and contribute to the growth of lubricant sales.
• Provide administrative support, reporting, and coordination across essential business functions.
• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to ensure efficient processes and outstanding customer satisfaction.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong capabilities in data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Proficient in CRM tools, ERP, inventory systems, and the MS Office Suite.
• Fully remote position.
