This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage directly with clients and partner organizations to resolve discrepancies, clarify reporting logic, and ensure consistency in usage data and revenue outputs.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of client/partner-specific pricing models, contractual agreements, and data structures to guarantee precise revenue processing and reporting.
• Act as a primary operational liaison for external clients and partners, facilitating ongoing data validation, issue resolution, and alignment regarding reporting expectations and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Operations) and external client/partner groups to transform business inquiries into actionable analyses and solutions.
• Evaluate revenue usage pipeline performance across platform partners to detect data discrepancies, revenue leakage, compliance risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Clean, validate, and merge multi-source datasets (from both internal and client/partner sources) to enhance data accuracy, consistency, and audit preparedness.
• Assist in monthly revenue operations processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client/partner revenue reports within established SLAs.
• Create and present clear, client/partner-ready reporting outputs and internal summaries that convey performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with team leaders to develop compelling narratives and presentations that articulate analytical insights, including impacts, risks, and recommendations related to clients/partners.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance client/partner onboarding, reporting workflows, and communication processes to minimize friction and improve the client/partner experience.
• Contribute to the design and automation of scalable revenue data pipelines and workflows to accommodate the growth in client/partner complexity and volume.
• Navigate effectively in a fast-paced, client/partner-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and external dependencies.
• Bachelor's degree or at least one year of relevant experience (preferably in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field).
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients & partners.
• Capability to establish trust-based relationships with clients & partner stakeholders and manage ongoing communications in a professional manner.
• Track record of meeting stringent deadlines while ensuring high accuracy in a client/partner-facing, SLA-driven environment.
• Attention to detail with the capability to link analysis directly to revenue impact, client/partner performance, and business results.
• Experience working across different functions while coordinating client and partner dependencies and timelines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex client/partner data and revenue structures.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to quickly understand Acxiom’s digital products and the broader client/partner ecosystem.
• Experience handling large, multi-source datasets and implementing strong data quality practices.
