📋 Description

• Actively engage with both internal and external stakeholders to comprehend their needs and deliver suitable solutions and assistance.

• Utilize analytical skills to detect trends, analyze data, and suggest enhancements for optimizing the sales process.

• Contribute to and implement enhancements in business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within sales operations.

• Offer coaching and guidance to new team members or less experienced associates regarding sales support procedures and best practices.

• Participate in collaborative negotiations with various departments to address issues and reach mutually beneficial solutions.

• Proficiently employ CRM applications for data entry, tracking, reporting, and managing customer interactions.

• Support customer service management initiatives by responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and escalating complex cases as necessary.

• Conduct data analysis to aid in sales reporting, uncover opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry for sales-related information, maintaining data integrity.

• Exhibit empathy in all interactions, recognizing and addressing the concerns of sales professionals and clients.

• Assist in managing feedback processes by gathering, summarizing, and distributing feedback to relevant teams.

• Maintain personal resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.

• Lead and execute problem resolution efforts for sales-related challenges, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.

• Support sales operations management by assisting with pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.

• Leverage stakeholder influence to build consensus and drive initiatives that benefit the sales organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative capacity, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.

• Proficiency in CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).

• Demonstrated experience in contributing to and implementing process enhancements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing active listening and collaborative negotiation.

• Experience with data entry and a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to provide coaching and mentorship to colleagues.

• Strong problem-resolution capabilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

• High level of personal resilience and adaptability to change.

• Customer service-oriented mindset with a deep sense of empathy.

• Experience in supporting sales operations management is a plus.

• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
