This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Drive execution throughout the sales cycle.
• Serve as a reliable resource for Business Development professionals by overseeing and coordinating sales support activities from inception to completion.
• Assist with opportunities, proposals, SOWs, approval processes, contract execution, Salesforce updates, and associated sales administration tasks.
• Take ownership of proposal and SOW development.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Engagement teams to draft, coordinate, and finalize high-quality proposals and SOWs.
• Ensure consistency with firm standards while guaranteeing that deliverables are completed accurately and punctually.
• Manage critical business systems.
• Help uphold data integrity and operational efficiency across Salesforce and related platforms.
• Support the creation of opportunities, reporting requests, contract lifecycle management activities, and the adoption of evolving firm technologies and processes.
• Enhance processes and scale operations.
• Continuously recognize opportunities to improve workflows, boost visibility, and elevate the experience for business development teams.
• Develop documentation, standardize processes, and assist in creating scalable solutions that support firm growth.
• Support strategic growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Partners, Business Development, Revenue Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders on special projects and strategic initiatives that contribute to Connor Group's ongoing growth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business development support, proposal management, contract administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to manage and execute multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-paced environment.
• Limited travel as necessary for team meetings, training, and firm events.
