This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Directs and manages a regional or district sales team to meet set sales objectives.
• Executes daily sales operations consistent with the organization's comprehensive sales strategy.
• Formulates and implements business strategies for both current and potential accounts.
• Cultivates and sustains robust relationships with key account personnel to enhance sales, service, market expansion, and clinical initiatives.
• Recognizes growth prospects, performs competitive assessments, and launches new programs and processes to boost market share.
• Mentors sales representatives on product information, marketing strategies, promotional activities, and effective selling practices while aligning with UK&I business goals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, or relevant clinical experience.
• Experience as a Cardiac Physiologist or in the fields of Cardiology or Electrophysiology.
• Capability to operate effectively in a surgical environment.
• Over 6 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities, with a talent for building relationships across various clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and/or electrophysiology, along with an understanding of capital equipment sales, will be significantly beneficial.
• Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and groundbreaking products, combined with excellent relationship-building skills.
