This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Take charge of the commercial progression of the PDX business across Austria and Switzerland.
• Guide, mentor, and develop the PDX field sales team within Austria and Switzerland.
• Execute regional sales and product strategies in partnership with Business Units, Marketing, and Regional Management.
• Oversee sales activities utilizing KPIs, forecasts, and business reviews.
• Cultivate a customer-focused, data-driven, and performance-oriented sales culture.
• Recognize market opportunities and formulate and implement sustainable growth strategies.
• Assist with strategic projects along with pricing and contract negotiations.
• Ensure collaboration across divisions with internal stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain both internal and external networks at regional and international levels.
• Manage key accounts and various customers within the designated sales territory.
• Forge and nurture long-term relationships with clinical, commercial, and operational decision-makers.
• Take ownership of revenue growth, pipeline management, and sustainable expansion within the assigned territory.
• Present PDX solutions through needs-based consulting and a strong customer presence.
• Conduct customer presentations and training sessions, and execute sales support initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and customer developments.
• Prepare forecasts and utilize CRM and reporting tools like Salesforce and Power BI.
• Professionally document and manage activities related to customers.
• Undertake the supervisor’s responsibilities as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in a natural science from a university of applied sciences or a university, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of proven sales experience in life sciences, medical technology, or healthcare.
• Experience in managing key accounts and handling complex sales projects.
• Initial or extensive leadership experience in a sales environment is a plus.
• Strong commercial and sales capabilities.
• Background in strategic sales and customer management.
• Proficient in forecasting, KPI management, and pipeline oversight.
• Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools, including Salesforce and Power BI.
• Skills in project management and organization.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Capable of leadership, coaching, and motivation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of initiative.
• Analytical and structured work approach.
• Team-oriented, assertive, and diplomatic skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and devise pragmatic solutions.
• Very good written and spoken skills in both German and English.
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Residency in Switzerland.
