This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead, develop, and supervise the Inside Sales team to foster high performance and engagement.
• Oversee performance and productivity metrics for the commercial operation, including KPIs and Sales Pipeline.
• Create, implement, and assess action plans utilizing continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA).
• Manage the undergraduate sales funnel to ensure predictability and the achievement of targets.
• Facilitate follow-up meetings to discuss results, performance, and team development.
• Enhance and refine commercial processes, workflows, and scripts to boost efficiency and conversion rates.
• Focus on the technical and behavioral development of sales consultants.
• Track quality and productivity indicators, recommending corrective and preventive measures.
• Engage in strategic meetings with partner areas involved in student recruitment.
• Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, results orientation, and enhanced customer experience.
• Assist in the formulation of commercial strategies that align with the institutional objectives of the undergraduate program.
• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• Postgraduate degree is advantageous.
• At least 1 year of experience managing commercial/sales teams.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Proven ability to manage metrics, targets, and commercial performance.
• Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies, particularly SPIN Selling and Predictable Revenue.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
• Capability to develop and monitor action plans effectively.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in critical analysis of results and budget management.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage.
