This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Generate new revenue for Lakebase through customer activations
• Focus on outcomes for key personas associated with Lakebase
• Communicate the advantages of fully-managed Postgres
• Manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
• Coordinate proof-of-value initiatives and POCs
• Compete effectively against operational databases
• Align efforts to achieve measurable business outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop territory plans
• Empower the field by sharing best practices
• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales
• Proven track record in selling data platforms
• Strong grasp of contemporary data and application architectures
• Capability to sell to both technical and business audiences
• Demonstrated experience in leading specialist or overlay strategies
• Executive presence with the ability to whiteboard architectures
• Strong skills in value-based selling
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
