This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In this position, you will be tasked with acquiring and onboarding new Key Account partners through telesales.
• Utilizing your excellent communication abilities, organized approach, and awareness of diverse partner needs, you will actively contribute to rescuing surplus food and broadening our network.
• You will engage in cross-segment acquisition and onboarding of new Key Account partners, including petrol stations, hotels, supermarkets, pet supply stores, and DIY/home improvement stores via telesales.
• Making around 150 calls weekly and composing personalized emails that align with partner needs and our overall sales strategy is essential.
• You will introduce new partners to the Too Good To Go concept and guide them in using the app effectively.
• Advising partners on the most suitable solutions for managing surplus food will be part of your responsibilities.
• You will diligently log all activities in our CRM system, Salesforce.
• Ensuring clean pipeline hygiene and independently monitoring relevant KPIs is necessary.
• A passion for engaging through conversation: you enjoy speaking on the phone, can establish trust with just your voice, handle objections gracefully, and inspire others.
• Resilience and stamina: dedicating about 80% of your work time to phone interactions motivates you to achieve immediate results and continuously strive for your goals.
• Strong communication skills: you articulate yourself clearly, persuasively, and fluently in German, understanding the language of franchisors and merchants.
• Organizational prowess: you are exceptionally organized and prioritize effectively to maximize impact.
• Structured and data-driven: you are adept at using Google Sheets and Salesforce, leveraging data to focus your daily call activities.
• Team-oriented: you are a true team player who enjoys collaborating within your team and across departments to achieve collective success.
• Nice to have: prior experience in telephone sales and familiarity with MEDDICC is beneficial.
