• Respond to incoming calls from customers actively seeking our services
• Transform qualified inquiries into scheduled jobs through effective sales execution
• Assist customers throughout the booking process with professionalism and assurance
• Address objections related to pricing, scheduling, and service specifics
• Provide clear explanations of services, availability, and subsequent steps
• Keep precise notes and customer updates within the CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Adhere to company standards, sales procedures, and quality expectations
• At least 2 years of sales experience is required
• Demonstrable experience in sales, ideally in phone sales, inbound sales, or other high-conversion scenarios
• Strong closing capabilities and confidence in managing live customer objections
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Exceptional communication and persuasion abilities
• Capacity to quickly establish trust and effectively lead conversations
• Comfortable in a performance-oriented environment
• Keen attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous
• Full-time remote position
