This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Identify and pursue mid-contract and new sales opportunities within the public sector.
• Perform research to pinpoint key decision-makers and influencers in targeted agencies.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of Westlaw and CoCounsel capabilities to customize sales presentations.
• Create and implement a strategic sales plan to effectively penetrate accounts.
• Collaborate successfully within a team environment to advance and finalize sales.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives.
• Keep accurate and current records of the sales pipeline and forecasting reports.
• Remain knowledgeable about market trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in the industry.
• Demonstrated history of success in a sales position.
• Strong comprehension of legal technology and its application in government agencies.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in conducting business professionally in both in-person and remote settings.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with legal technology solutions, especially CoCounsel, is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; J.D. is preferred.
