• Provide guidance to caregivers who have shown interest and develop your own candidate pipeline.
• Engage in discussions about potential care assignments with caregivers and assist them during transitions and emergencies.
• Take full responsibility for managing your caregiver roster and serve as their primary point of contact throughout their assignments.
• Maintain consistent communication with caregivers and conduct satisfaction surveys regarding the families they support.
• Offer best practice recommendations for conflict resolution to caregivers.
• Work closely with international teams and deliver constructive feedback for internal enhancements.
• Previous experience in account management, customer support, sales, or live-in care.
• Proficient in either Croatian or Polish (C2 level) and possess good command of English or German (greater than B2).
• Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is a plus.
• 21 to 26 days of vacation annually.
• Home office policy that permits working 2 days a week if located near Gdansk.
