• Closing deals with Italian companies (70% inbound leads, 30% cold outreach)
• Developing and maintaining a pipeline of B2B clients in the Italian market
• Understanding the nuances of Italian business and tailoring Jooble's value proposition to meet client needs
• Preparing and conducting calls with potential clients: demos, product presentations, identifying goals and needs
• Keeping track of all sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system
• Providing feedback to the product team regarding local market trends and competitor activities in Italy
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT sector (preferably in HR/Job Tech products)
• In-depth knowledge of the Italian business landscape
• Comfortable working with an international team
• Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce or others) and modern sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools, etc.)
• Results-oriented: takes responsibility for their pipeline and consistently meets or exceeds performance targets
• English proficiency: Intermediate or higher (both spoken and written)
• Fluent in Italian (C1)
• Global impact created in Ukraine
