• Act as the subject matter expert for the Legal product family within the industry, keeping abreast of trends, challenges, and the competitive landscape, while providing ongoing support to go-to-market teams.
• Create and deliver training, tools, and materials for account managers focused on industry insights, sales strategies, competitive intelligence, and best practices to enhance customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Sales to define and enhance industry-specific go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, competitive analysis, and value proposition/messaging.
• Assist Sales execution by developing customer-facing materials such as presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Engage with customers in meetings and presentations to evaluate business needs, collect requirements, and showcase tailored solutions that address complex opportunities.
• Represent the customer internally—working with Product and Marketing to develop success stories and case studies that highlight impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships & Alliances, and Marketing to plan and implement partner-led go-to-market and product marketing campaigns.
• Lead strategic account planning with Sales and key partners, cultivate senior partner relationships, and drive partner performance against targeted industry goals.
• Collect and analyze feedback from account managers, customers, and the market to guide the product development team, influence the product roadmap, prioritize features, and continuously enhance our solutions and processes.
• Contribute to M&A strategy and conduct due diligence for potential acquisition targets.
• 15+ years of extensive business experience encompassing sales, product management, or marketing of software products in the global market.
• At least 5+ years of experience in strategic planning utilizing SWOT analysis, benchmarking, and balanced scorecards.
• Profound understanding of AI and software products/services, with the capability to rapidly learn new offerings and convert market trends, challenges, and opportunities into actionable insights.
• Strong grasp of sales processes and strategies; skilled in formulating compelling value propositions linked to customer use cases and negotiating/closing complex software, services, and licensing agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, and execute projects—leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering results on time and within scope/budget.
• Exceptional executive-level written and verbal communication skills; adept in active listening, influencing, and collaborating across global sales, product, marketing, and commercial excellence teams.
• Capability to analyze market/customer data and sales performance, identify root causes, prioritize options, and implement solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
