This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Identifies and secures new clients while generating qualified leads.
• Cultivates robust customer relationships through regular and systematic face-to-face sales calls to the customer base.
• Delivers company presentations that primarily highlight the products and services during onsite visits.
• Addresses customer phone inquiries promptly, courteously, and concisely.
• Assists customers by offering information regarding products and services and resolving any issues they may encounter.
• Tackles product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying the root cause, selecting the optimal solution, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure problems are resolved.
• Establishes customer accounts by accurately recording account details.
• Inputs customer orders with precision and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Attracts prospective clients by responding to inquiries about products and services and recommending additional information about other offerings.
• Communicates the pricing structure for specific products or services.
• Conducts follow-up calls to customers to confirm their satisfaction.
• Maintains ongoing communication with customers to address issues and answer pertinent questions.
• Achieves personal and sales team targets while meeting call handling quotas.
• Bachelor's degree or three (3) or more years of relevant experience and/or training.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales, marketing, or the food industry.
• Previous experience in the food industry is advantageous.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
