This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +18 more states.
• Interact with warm, pre-qualified leads to assist them in making well-informed choices regarding Pompa services.
• Perform in-depth assessments of clients' health to develop comprehensive health profiles.
• Assess the capability of the Pompa Program to aid clients in achieving their health objectives and enhancing their wellbeing.
• Tailor health plans according to individual client needs.
• Conduct one-on-one virtual consultations to steer clients towards informed purchasing decisions.
• Establish rapport through an empathetic and educational sales methodology.
• Proactively confirm, prepare for, and follow up with assigned leads to ensure productive consultations.
• Generate comprehensive consultation notes for the client's health coach.
• Precisely document sales activities and maintain records in CRM and Google Suite tools.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven success in sales, ideally in a high-ticket or consultative sales model.
• Strong ability to close sales consultatively, with confidence in navigating objections and delivering high-value solutions.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
• Must possess reliable high-speed internet, as well as access to a smartphone and computer with video capabilities.
• A sincere interest in wellness, functional health, or alternative therapies.
• Formal knowledge of natural health, cellular healing, or physiology is advantageous.
