This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Accountable for selling comprehensive workflows within EDS while providing direct support to customers.
• Tasked with selling through Dealers by cultivating strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities in the territory.
• Capable of selling and showcasing IOS products to leverage Digital Workflow Opportunities.
• The chosen candidates will reside in Northern UK or Scotland.
• Responsible for selling EDS products and workflows to meet or surpass territory targets.
• Through detailed segmentation and targeting, develop relationships with new and existing customers to promote growth within the specialization area and foster strong connections with DS EDS brands.
• Establish robust relationships with dealers to identify opportunities, ensuring regular collaboration is integrated into daily operations.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence to aid in account planning.
• Must be able to communicate both business and clinical advantages of the workflows.
• Present workflow value propositions both in person and virtually across all specified areas to positively impact buying behavior and purchasing decisions of territory accounts (i.e., selling and embedding new and existing workflows to new and existing customers).
• Act as the regional EDS workflow expert for Dentsply Sirona brands, providing technical knowledge to customers (both in-person and virtually) regarding workflows, including facilitating technical training on usage, operation, and maintenance as needed.
• These activities will contribute to increased sales within the accounts.
• Actively endorse e-commerce channels to encourage customers to connect, search, and shop online.
• Attend exhibitions and company meetings as necessary.
• Follow up on and participate in targeted regional events and courses to acquire new customers and expand existing ones.
• Organize specific customer events as needed to support the growth of DS brands.
• Document all customer interactions and information in SFDC.
• Complete routine administrative tasks punctually and accurately, such as SFDC calls, leads & opportunities, expenses, responding to emails, monthly reports, Who’s Off, LMS, and PDPs (non-exhaustive).
• Engage in training and proactive self-learning promptly to stay updated on DS Workflows, the dental sector, and the marketplace.
• Keep workflow marketing materials up to date, including Sales Media App, Sales Compass, and How-to guides.
• Analyze and interpret account strategies and plans, along with data from SFDC and other resources (e.g., PowerBi), where necessary, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business environment of the account and insights into account needs.
• Enhance DI knowledge and present IOS effectively.
• Comprehend and communicate the benefits of DS Core within the EDS specialization.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to target new and growth opportunities within the territories.
• Own the territory.
• Collaborate with other DS Sales Specialists to uncover mutual opportunities for DS brands, products, and workflows; respond and follow up with colleagues promptly.
• Educated to degree level or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record.
• Proven success with a passion for best practices in this field.
• Competitive nature with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of working both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment.
• Excellent knowledge of products, workflows, and industry trends.
• Professional demeanor with proven ability to target, network, and establish appropriate relationships between customers and DS brands.

• Structured and logical thinker – capable of prioritizing a demanding workload through business planning and territory account management.
• Proficient in analyzing business information such as Price Corrected Dealer Sales Out (PCDSO), Excel Dashboards, Analytics (SFDC), and Power BI or other Sales Metrics to refine specific activity focus to achieve monthly/cycle targets.
• Experience engaging customers virtually, utilizing e-details, and promoting customer self-service.
• Ability to apply Advanced ‘Professional Selling Skills’ principles in all interactions.
• Highly skilled in PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams, Zoom, and internet applications, as well as e-detail tools such as Sales Media App.
• Proficient with common applications including Excel, email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and CRM Systems (e.g., SFDC).
• Strong account management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to any audience.
• Confident and articulate, with the capability to resolve conflicts.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Must reside within the territory.
