This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Interact with incoming leads through phone, email, and virtual meetings to assess interest and transform leads into sales opportunities.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calls, email marketing, and social selling techniques.
• Oversee and develop an early-stage prospect pipeline, guiding them through the buying journey towards closure.
• Uncover customer needs, obstacles, and objectives, providing customized value propositions.
• Work collaboratively with Account Managers and Marketing to enhance lead quality, follow-up strategies, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Record interactions and maintain precise documentation in Salesforce CRM.
• Achieve and surpass activity KPIs and sales objectives in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and product innovations.
• Manage sales discussions, demonstrations, and negotiations specifically for German-speaking healthcare markets.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development position, ideally within inside sales.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Proven experience managing the entire deal cycle, from initial contact to closure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; experience in healthcare or medical sales is a plus.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Competent in CRM software, such as Salesforce.
• Tech-savvy with the capability to learn new tools and processes efficiently.
• Highly motivated and competitive, possessing a proactive mindset.
• Dedication to surpassing sales goals and the ability to work autonomously.
• Capability to manage objections, quickly establish trust, and instill urgency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to customize solutions to meet customer needs.
• Fluent/native German is mandatory.
• Proficient in professional English.
• Competence in conducting sales discussions, demonstrations, and negotiations in German.
• Must reside in Germany.
