This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont, +3 more states.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with brokers and agencies within the designated territory through phone interactions, webinars, seminars, and face-to-face meetings.
• Propel sales initiatives by overseeing the complete process, ensuring a fluid and favorable experience for brokers and their clients.
• Broaden the reach of Great American Employer Health Solutions by identifying and seizing growth opportunities within the territory.
• Cultivate and oversee broker partnerships, enhancing engagement and expanding the network of contacts.
• Become a subject matter expert in group health benefits and markets, providing strategic insights and guidance to brokers and agency partners in the designated territory.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Typically, 2+ years of professional experience is preferred.
• Experience in Group Health Level Funded sales or marketing is advantageous.
• Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license in relevant states.
• Proven ability to excel in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a strong desire for career advancement and development.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% to connect with agents and brokers within the assigned territory.
