Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate opportunities for Forma and Emerging Technologies within designated accounts.

• Collaborate closely with Technical Sales, Business Development Representatives, and Marketing to understand customer requirements and stimulate demand.

• Facilitate insightful discovery discussions to grasp customer objectives, challenges, decision-making processes, and considerations for adoption.

• Work alongside customers to create pilots, proofs of concept, and use cases with defined success metrics.

• Establish robust relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

• Collect customer insights and market feedback to guide product development and go-to-market strategies.

• Disseminate knowledge and best practices across teams to foster collective success.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, customer-facing consulting, business development, account management, or a similar role.

• Experience in SaaS, AEC technology, construction technology, design technology, or other intricate technical environments is preferred.

• Strong consultative discovery capabilities with the ability to comprehend customer needs, navigate stakeholder groups, and convey business value.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of engaging both technical users and senior business leaders.

• Proven experience working collaboratively across various teams, including sales, technical, product, marketing, and customer success functions.

• Comfortable operating in dynamic environments where products, messaging, and go-to-market strategies are continually evolving.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt thoughtfully and contribute positively in a fast-paced environment.
