This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Actively seek out and connect with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, networking opportunities, and incoming inquiries.

• Professionally showcase the company’s products or services, tailoring solutions to meet client requirements.

• Oversee the entire sales process, encompassing proposals, negotiations, contracts, and follow-up after the sale.

• Keep precise records of leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM software.

• Create and evaluate reports on pipeline and sales performance.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and enhance lead generation efforts.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with both new and existing clients to foster repeat business.

• Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

• Provide thorough administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.

• Prepare and structure reports, presentations, and documentation necessary for executive decision-making.

• Manage confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.

• Act as a liaison among executives, internal departments, and external stakeholders.

• Monitor and prioritize emails, messages, and correspondence to ensure prompt responses and follow-ups.

• Arrange travel plans, meetings, and company events as required.

• Assist executives in maintaining workflow efficiency and prioritizing tasks.


⛳️ Requirements

• Holder of a 4-year degree or Bachelor’s degree.

• Exceptional English communication abilities (both written and verbal).

• Strong attention to detail, commitment to follow-through, and effective time management skills.

• Capable of working independently while adhering to established processes and SOPs.

• Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and related tools.

• Willing to work an 8-hour night shift aligned with U.S. business hours (PH Time).

• Reliable internet connection (Minimum 100MBPS download speed; Minimum 50MBPS upload speed) and dependable computer equipment (Minimum Intel Core i5 or equivalent with at least 8GB RAM) - with a backup device.

• Professional demeanor, receptive to coaching, and adaptable to feedback and role reassignment as necessary.

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting U.S.-based clients is preferred but not mandatory.

• Background in healthcare support, home care, recruitment, sales, scheduling, or operations is preferred but not required.
