This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• The Sales Specialist reports directly to the Director of Sales for the UK & Europe.
• Responsible for actively reaching out to acquire and expand the business of a designated group of small travel partner accounts in the UK & Europe.
• Tasked with developing strong relationships within the trade channel, including the acquisition of new partners.
• Support and strive to meet ambitious growth objectives while identifying and enhancing market presence within assigned accounts.
• Successfully manage existing partner relationships to strengthen partnerships further.
• Create sales campaigns aimed at boosting bookings and revenue.
• Attend and engage in various sales conferences, training sessions, and industry events as necessary to promote product awareness.
• Post-secondary education along with experience in the Travel/Tourism sector (a four-year degree is preferred).
• Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred.
• Skilled in relationship building through a combination of in-person, telephone, and digital interactions.
• Demonstrated history of success in reaching objectives.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, Concur, and other relevant systems.
• Strong presentation and training abilities, both in person and through webinars.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Fluency in French or German is preferred.
