This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Spearhead partner acquisition efforts throughout Spain, Italy, and Portugal, collaborating closely with the Director of Partnerships and various teams to identify, qualify, and secure high-potential B2B and B2B2C partners.
• Execute strategic market analysis to create targeted prospect lists within the Travel and Corporate sectors and initiate outbound acquisition strategies.
• Manage the entire sales process — from prospecting and discovery to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal finalization.
• Ensure successful partner onboarding by facilitating smooth partner activation, product integration, and performance monitoring.
• Promote Airalo within partner networks by delivering effective product positioning, ROI storytelling, and co-marketing strategies that enhance visibility and acceptance in Southern Europe.
• Utilize sales analytics and CRM systems to monitor pipeline status, project revenue, and provide performance reports against monthly, quarterly, and annual OKRs.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to synchronize partner offerings, incorporate feedback loops, and expedite go-to-market strategies.
• Keep abreast of market insights and competitive trends to uncover new opportunities, guide pricing or packaging tactics, and maintain Airalo's leading position in the partner ecosystem.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise or channel sales.
• Proven track record in acquiring new business (preferably within corporate sales) and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Exceptional storytelling skills, capable of conveying Airalo’s value proposition as a concrete business outcome.
• A strategic relationship builder — adept at establishing trust and engagement with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Highly organized and results-oriented, with experience managing multiple deals, tracking pipeline metrics, and utilizing CRM and sales enablement tools to forecast and achieve results.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential (+ Italian is a significant advantage).
